A singular ibiza style house, the main proposal is creating an intimate space around the covered terrace above the pool, with a double height and opening towards the views. This double height singular space is also visible from inside, the living room has large sliding doors opening towards it, that get hidden in the cavity of the wall when open, making a seamless transition from interior to exterior.
Bedrooms are in second floor. Posibility of solarium and basement.
