We are a construction company run by architects, with the assistance of a multi-discipline team of speacialist.
With more than 16 years of experience in the areas of Altea, La Nucía, Alfaz del Pi, Albir and Polop. We especialize in Modern houses and Ibiza style house, and building custom projects with northern european and international clients.

Many in our team, as the clients, also were not born in Spain. We have come to understand and appreciate the pathos of the ex-pat coming to live in the Costa Blanca, that adventure is part of a bigger dream, a searching for a better quality of life, good weather, good food, beautiful beaches and an active and happy lifestyle. We try to convey the enjoyment of outdoor life in our designs, the area of the pool terrace, in integration with the living room through a pergola or covered buffer space, it´s always the most important. We take great care in the landscape design of the house, that involves the garden, ground type, plants, irrigation and lighting. We want our houses to evoke that feeling of confort and exoticness when on holidays in a distant country, the feeling of being in a paradisal place, away from the office and obligations, in a sunny and cheerful country where you have started a better new life for yourself.

Our main focus is to provide a full service that involves all different elements of building a home: from finding the right plot, to making an architectural project from which getting a building license, and later building that proejct.

Most of our clients are foreign, when coming to Spain for the first time, they might find the process of builsing a home different from the one in their country.

In Spain, the professional roles are splitted into architect and builder, two separate parties that don´t always get along, and also there will be sales agent involved in finding the right plot.

We offer a full package and are able to budget our designs quickly, without surprises later on.
